As part of our commitment to safe working practices we need you to complete this Incident Report whenever:
- An accident or injury occurs on site – however minor
- The Eye Wash or First Aid kits are used – no matter what the reason
- A ‘near miss’ occurs where no accident or injury was caused but could have been
In this way we can ensure the correct ways of working are in place, that you have the required training and safety equipment, and in the event of an accident have what’s needed to address this incident or enable you to do so.
